Wells Fargo Bank purchased the 133,000-square-foot office building at 11601 N. Black Canyon Highway in Phoenix. The Kitchell Metro Center building sold for $16.05 million, more than $120.65 per square foot. Wells Fargo Bank currently occupies approximately 75% of the building.
