Several Leases for Crescent Real Estate

Crescent Real Estate Equities Company, a real estate investment trust recently negotiated three Class A leases that total 38,000 SF of space within the Dallas Metroplex. JP Morgan Chase Bank has signed a 5,893-square-foot renewal in Stemmons Place located at 2777 N Stemmons Freeway. Stemmons Place is a 20-story, 634,381 square foot office building in the North Stemmons Freeway Submarket. The building is now 88 % leased. Virginia Mulkey represented the landlord, Crescent Real Estate Funding VIII, L.P. Russell Cosby of Mullen-Cosby represented JPMorgan Chase Bank. Deutche Banc Alex Brown has signed a renewal and an expansion for 21, 452 SF of space at The Crescent. The Crescent is Crescent Real Estate's 19-story, 1,254,057 square foot flagship property in Dallas. The building is 98% leased. Michael Silliman represented the landlord, Crescent Real Estate Funding I, L.P., Rob Jones, Courtenay Jenkins, and Searcy Ferguson of The Trammell Crow Company represented Deutche Banc Alex Brown. Workflow Studios has signed a lease for 10,886 square feet of space at 5050 Quorum Drive in Addison, Texas. 5050 Quorum is a 7-story; Class A, 133,594 SF office property located in the Quorum/Bent Tree Submarket. The Property is now 85% leased. Virginia Mulkey represented the landlord, Crescent Real Estate Funding VIII, L.P. Jay Rigelsky of Corporate Realty advisors represented Workflow Studios.
