Fighters of Child Abuse Buy 65,820-SF Baltimore Property

Baltimore Child Abuse Center Inc. purchased 2315 St. Paul St. in Baltimore for $1.05 million, less than $16 per square foot. The 6-story, 65,820-square-foot office building was sold by St. Paul Associates, an affiliate of former tenant Whitman, Requardt & Associates. Whitman, Requardt moved out about a year ago; the building is now 37 percent leased. Terri Harrington of Insignia/Miller and Mark Shapiro of The Shapiro Co. represented St. Paul Associates. Harrington and Ira Miller of Insignia/Miller represented Baltimore Child Abuse Center.
