Landsec has exchanged on the sale of 32-50 Strand, London, WC2 for £195 million, a 4.2% net initial yield, to Sinarmas Land, a real estate company listed on the Singapore Exchange in a transaction first revealed by CoStar News during the Mipim real estate conference in March.
