Affini-T Therapeutics, a Seattle-based biotechnology company, agreed to lease approximately 39,000 square feet of office and laboratory space in a new building being developed by Boylston Properties and The Wilder Cos. as part of their redevelopment of the Civil War-era Watertown Arsenal site.
