After Réside études seniors and Héraclide, France's third seniors' accommodation network is now looking for buyers. Les Babadines, the commercial name of the Ama group, is looking for new shareholders after declaring itself in suspension of payments and being placed in receivership at the end of June by the Bayonne Commercial Court. The administrators have given themselves until the end of August to receive offers from candidates interested in the six operating companies in Trouy (Bourges), Clamart, Cesson-Sévigné, Meung-sur-Loire (Orléans), Ama Silver and Ama Services. The network comprises 77 houses, 58 apartments and three micro-care centers, employing 85 people and generating sales of €3.9 million by the end of August 2024.
