MAPP, one of the UK’s leading specialists in the operation of commercial and mixed-use real estate, has appointed Kay Harvey as director, surveying in central London.
The firm said she has more than 25 years of experience leading teams responsible for the management of complex, high-profile assets.
Harvey arrives after spending a decade at Real Estate Management (UK), where she was head of property management. During that time she oversaw properties, including The Shard, The News Building, 48 Pall Mall and Park House on Oxford Street.
Her career also includes senior roles as head of surveying at Ashdown Phillips and Estates Surveyor at Queen Mary’s University of London, alongside earlier positions at Atis Real, now BNP Paribas, and Chesterton.
"Throughout her career, Kay has built a strong reputation for delivering an enhanced, occupier-focused experience, and leading high performing teams across prestigious and demanding environments," the firm said.
MAPP CEO Louise Bonham added: "Kay brings a wealth of experience managing some of London’s most high-profile assets and her proven track record makes her an exciting addition to the MAPP team. We are delighted that Kay has chosen to join our Central London team."
