Office space is in demand in downtown and midtown San Antonio, at least for newer, higher-end buildings. Since the beginning of 2021, availabilities have fallen in this area for four- and five-star properties built between 2010 and 2023. However, among all office properties in San Antonio’s urban core, the trend has been rising availability and, thus, growing vacancy.
