The newly completed Parque Business Park in Holly Hill, Florida, is welcoming a tenant befitting of its modern amenities, an aerospace company focused on electric engineering and aviation.
With its full-building lease of Building 3, Aerosapien Technologies will join neighboring park tenants including Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University—Daytona Beach, forming a hub of aerospace research and development located in the center of the Daytona Beach region. The strategic location of the planned six-building flex complex along Parque Drive, affords Aerosapien immediate access to the Daytona Beach International Airport.
The building's prime location—along with the opportunities it could bring the larger Volusia County—earned this deal a CoStar Impact Award for lease of the year, as judged by real estate professionals familiar with the market.
About the Project: Aerosapien Technologies' flex lease at 774 Parque, Building 3 of Parque Business Park, encompasses 13,133 square feet over a three year term. The lease began on Dec. 1, 2023.
What the Judges Said: "I believe this project highlights the community's growing focus in the aerospace industry and highlights the key location of this community within close proximity to key space sector locations," noted Jessica Gow, associate attorney at Cobb Cole Law Firm.
"Tapping into Aerospace industry business is vital for this market," added Steven Costa, managing director at NAI Realvest—Charles Wayne. "Great job landing high-tech user."
