Portland’s Beaverton/Hillsboro area is outperforming Downtown Portland across multiple metrics and property types, a reversal of pre-pandemic trends. For example, in the Beaverton and Hillsboro area, the 12-month average hotel occupancy through March is the highest in the state at 69%. As a result, Beaverton recorded the highest 12-month average revenue per available room (RevPAR) in the Portland area and the second highest in Oregon, only trailing Eugene.
