Balfour Pacific, a Vancouver, BC-based private equity real estate firm that targets value-added investments in the United States, increased its U.S. office portfolio by nearly one million square feet with the purchase of 500 Park Blvd. and One Pierce Place in Itasca, IL for $78.3 million, or approximately $80 per square foot.
