Commercial real estate brokerage Cresa promoted two executives to president of their service lines as the firm adjusts its leadership and grows through acquisitions.
In two newly formed roles, Cresa said it has named Tricia Trester as president of global portfolio solutions and named Mark Wanic president of project management. They will be based in Cresa’s Chicago headquarters.
Those promotions come after Cresa over the past 14 months has expanded through the purchase of companies, including Fischer, Bluechip Insights and Pacific Program Management.
Last year, Cresa also said it was seeking a CEO to eventually take the reins from Tod Lickerman as part of long-term planning for the firm’s top leadership.
“As we kick off 2026, we are thrilled to elevate Tricia and Mark — both of whom have made it their mission to strengthen Cresa’s platform and service to clients since their arrival,” Lickerman said in a statement.
Trester joined Cresa in 2021 to lead the client solutions group. In that role, she has tripled client revenue while creating an industry-leading center of excellence for transaction management and portfolio strategies, according to Cresa.
Wanic joined Cresa as part of the Pacific Program Management acquisition in late 2024, starting at Cresa with the role of executive vice president of portfolio project management. In his new role, Wanic will oversee all project management services, the company said.
“As our clients’ footprints expand across the globe and become more complex, it is more important than ever to be able to provide actionable insight and real-time solutions across national and international markets,” Lickerman said in the statement. “With Tricia and Mark in place, we are poised to fortify and fine-tune our existing platform for continued success.”
