Hotel development in Houston, Texas, has grown steadily after a slight slowdown in 2022 and 2023. More than 2,300 rooms are under construction, with an additional 3,800 in the final planning stages. Most of the rooms under construction fall into the midtier category, with more than 1,200 rooms expected to be ready by 2025.
