Alduwaliya debuts in Brum

Alduwaliya Asset Management, the UK-based property investor, has completed the acquisition of the Birmingham headquarters of Gateley, the leading law firm founded in the city in 1808, from Hines for close to £22.5m, CoStar News can reveal.

The deal for 111 Edmund Street which reflects a circa 5.25% initial yield marks the a second UK purchase for Alduwaliya, which was represented by Knight Frank, outside of London and the South East, following its acquisition of 1 Rutland Court in Edinburgh.
