Noyan is the new general manager of the 254-room Le Victoria Beachcombers Hotel Mauritius in Pointe aux Piments. Noyan is an 18-year-old veteran of Beachcomber Hotels.
Kervyn Rayeroux
Rayeroux has been named general manager of the 166-room Beachcombers Trou Aux Biches Golf Resort & Spa in Grand Baie, Mauritius. Rayeroux has been at Beachcomber Hotels for more than 33 years.
Troy Sullivan Marqués
Sullivan Marqués has joined white-label hotel management firm Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA as its new development lead in Iberia. He arrives from the role of development director for Italy, Spain and Portugal at Staycity Group.
Mário Custódio
Custódio has been appointed as director of operations, Portugal, for Thessaloniki-based Domes Resorts. Previously, he was general manager at the 223-room Domes Lake Algarve, Autograph Collection, in the town of Vilamoura in the south of Portugal.
Kenji Bourquin-Quéva
Bourquin-Quéva has been tapped as general manager at the 150-room Sanderson London, following his role there as hotel manager for the last eight months. Before that, he was hotel manager at the 203-room St Martin’s Lane, also in London.
Noelia Magnusson
Magnusson has joined Geneva-based Ultima Collection as chief commercial officer, arriving from her role of global corporate director of revenue optimization, Aman Hotels & Resorts. During her career, she has also worked for Meliá International.

Della Croce has been promoted to chief commercial officer at Italian hotel firm Starhotels, where he previously was global director of revenue and distribution strategy. His career includes past roles at hospitality firms such as IHG Hotels & Resorts and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

Chambost is now vice president of learning and development at Dubai-based hotel-management firm Aleph Hospitality, moving from almost 10 years as vice president of human resources at the company.
Abdellah Essonni
Essonni, based in Casablanca, has started as regional vice president, North Africa at Aleph Hospitality. This new role follows past positions such as CEO, hospitality management, at Saudi Arabia sovereign wealth fund, Public Investment Fund, and CEO at Dubai-based Abjar Hotels International.
Vincenzo Falcone
Falcone now has the top role at Cairo-based ORA Hospitality, the luxury hotel division of ORA Developers. The new CEO has more than 30 years of experience in the sector, his last seven years being a general manager for Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts, first at the 61-room Bvlgari Hotel Milano, then at the 106-room Bvlgari Hotel Roma.
Ina Plunien
Plunien has been named senior vice president, hospitality, at private equity firm Cain. She joins the London-based firm after almost seven years at Cedar Capital Partners, first as an associate, then as vice president and lastly as senior vice president. Plunien was the recipient of the Young Leader Award 2026 during the International Hospitality Investment Forum EMEA held in Berlin in March.
