This is Ardian's first investment in the residential property sector in Spain. The investment company has signed for a building with a total surface area of around 3,000 m² located at Calle Zurbarán 28, in the Almagro district of Madrid. Acquired from Patrizia, this office asset will be transformed into "a high-end residential building with 10 apartments and 40 parking spaces", states Ardian in a press release. "The building will meet the highest standards of energy efficiency and sustainability. Its carbon trajectory will be aligned with the objectives of the Paris Agreement", adds the company.
