Merger of Immobilière 3F and Erigere

In June 2025, the Boards of Directors of Immobilière 3F and Erigere approved a merger-takeover transaction. In concrete terms, Immobilière 3F will take over Erigere's activities, thereby consolidating its position as the leading social landlord in the Île-de-France region, with a unified portfolio of over 155,000 social housing units. The merger of these two real estate subsidiaries of the Action Logement group will become effective on October 1, 2025.
