Pinnacle Asset Trust sold the Lantern Plaza Shopping Center at 206 E Washington St. in North Attleboro, Massachusetts, to Realty Income Corp. for just over $18 million, or approximately $252.82 per square foot. Atlantic Capital Partners arranged the sale of the two-tenant, Stop & Shop-anchored shopping center after initially putting it on the market in October 2024, with an asking price of $18.7 million.
