Savills Taps Industry Veteran as Texas Co-President
Savills tapped Cally Miltenberger, who has worked at Blackstone's Link Logistics, CBRE and JLL, as co-president of Savills' Texas region. Miltenberger, who has more than 19 years of industry experience, will work with fellow Texas region Co-President Mark O’Donnell. Miltenberger and O’Donnell will "execute a strategic expansion of Savills across the region," the brokerage said in a statement. The new Texas leadership team will implement Savills' investment strategy in its commercial brokerage, capital markets and consultancy divisions across the Dallas Fort-Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio areas, the firm said. Miltenberger and O’Donnell also will support Savills' global occupier services group and collaborate with it to identify portfolio-wide business opportunities pursuits, Savills said. Based in Dallas, Miltenberger will work closely with the firm's local brokerage and consulting teams, Savills said. “Texas is a top priority for the firm as it’s the 8th largest economy in the world with 13% of the U.S. commercial property inventory," Patrick McGrath, president of Savills West region, said in a statement.
Greystar Picks Retail Executive as Loyalty Director

Greystar, the largest owner and operator of apartments in the U.S., has tapped retail veteran Aaron Glick to serve as managing director of loyalty and rewards. Before Glick joined the Charleston, South Carolina-based apartment company, Glick led the customer loyalty and credit card partnerships team at Williams-Sonoma. While there, he launched The Key Rewards across Williams-Sonoma brands, including West Elm and Pottery Barn, and a credit card co-branded with Capital One and Visa. In his new role at Greystar, Glick, who has more than 20 years of experience in loyalty programs, analytics and partnerships, will lead the development and implementation of new loyalty and rewards programs "to enhance Greystar’s brand and attract and retain more residents worldwide," the company said. He also will oversee the build-out of the company’s partnerships strategy, the company said. Glick will report to Scott Berka, a senior managing director and leader of Greystar's brand and customer experience group. “Aaron is joining Greystar at a pivotal time as we become more consumer focused and create compelling reasons for residents to stay within the Greystar network wherever life takes them," Berka said in a statement.
Nearon Names Westbrook Executive New President
Private real estate investment firm Nearon Enterprises has named Min Kim, a longtime Westbrook Partners managing partner and former BlackRock director, as president. Kim succeeds Tony Perino, who joined Nearon in 1998 and served as president of Walnut Creek, California-based Nearon for the past decade. Nearon said Perino now will serve as executive director and provide strategic guidance for the firm. A Bay Area native, Kim has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He served in several leadership roles at Westbrook, a global real estate investment firm, and worked for 10 years at BlackRock. He started his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. and Deloitte. Nearon said recruitment firm Ferguson Partner advised Nearon during a multi-year succession planning engagement that resulted in the hiring of Kim. Founded in San Francisco in the 1950s, Nearon operated out of Palo Alto, California, for 30 years and has been based in the East Bay region since 1996. The firm owns and manages approximately 5.5 million square feet of commercial real estate properties, mostly in California, Arizona, Utah and Colorado.
CBRE Picks Goldman Veteran To Lead Investor Relations

CBRE has picked Chandni Luthra, who has worked as an equity research analyst at Goldman Sachs for nearly the past 15 years, to serve as an executive vice president and lead the brokerage's investor relations and financial planning and analysis. Luthra will join CBRE on June 3 and be based in New York City, the company said.
At Goldman Sachs, she most recently served as lead analyst of U.S. real estate investment trusts and brokerages and led research coverage of 15 companies, including CBRE. Luthra's “deep knowledge of our sector" and analytical experience will help CBRE "deliver messages about our strategy to the public markets," Chief Financial Officer Emma Giamartino said in a statement. Before she worked at Goldman Sachs, Luthra served as a research consultant at Adventity Global Services, an India-based financial research company. She earned an MBA at IBS Hyderabad, India.
Paladin Expands in Texas With Addition of Veteran Broker

Paladin Partners has expanded its team with the addition of veteran broker Robert Miller, who has worked with industrial landlords and tenants across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Miller started his commercial real estate career in 2002 in Temecula, California, at Lee & Associates. Miller moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth market more than a decade ago and has done deals in the region and beyond since then. "Adding him to the firm allows us to have significantly better coverage on the western side of DFW and helps bring our vision of opening an office in Fort Worth one step closer to reality," Paladin partner and co-founder Conrad Madsen said in a statement. Fellow partner and co-founder Greg Nelson said the addition of Miller makes Paladin stronger. "It’s not often you find a guy that has spent decades at the same company wanting to make a move," Nelson said in a statement.
Colliers Hires Former MLB Pitcher for Office Team
Colliers has hired Doug Waechter, who pitched for MLB's Tampa Bay Rays, Florida Marlins and Kansas City Royal, as an associate on its office services team in Tampa, Florida. Waechter will work closely with Bill Reeves, who has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Before he joined Colliers, Waechter worked as a realtor for the DMK Group at Douglas Elliman Florida, where he specialized in the sale of luxury real estate in Tampa and St. Petersburg, Florida. "I have lived in Tampa Bay my entire life,” Waechter said in a statement. “I have seen tremendous market growth in our entire region." He spent four seasons with the Tampa Bay Rays and is in his 10th season as an analyst for the Rays' Bally Sports broadcast team.
ARC Picks Former Tesla Executive To Key Position

American Revitalization Co., a real estate and business development company with a mission of revitalizing American legacy manufacturing facilities and preserving historic properties, has tapped Tesla veteran Greg White to serve as president of manufacturing operations. In his new role at Nashville, Tennessee-based ARC, White will spearhead initiatives, including supporting due diligence on acquisition opportunities, overseeing manufacturing operations across ARC's portfolio and providing essential operational support from acquisition to business growth, the company said. White has 35 years of manufacturing experience, having served in leadership roles at Tesla, Natera and Toyota. He was part of the operations leadership team at Tesla, where he helped launch the Tesla manufacturing facility in Fremont, California, and introduce the Tesla Model S. White's "boots-on-the ground" knowledge will help ARC "as we move into this next growth phase," Steve Austin, co-founder and partner at ARC, said in a statement.
