GE Capital Real Estate sells €340m office portfolio

Eurosic, the French real estate investment trust, has today completed the acquisition of a 22-strong office portfolio for €340m from GE Capital Real Estate, financed at a 50% LTV by a consortium of six banks.

Five French banks comprising Credit Agricole CIB, Banque de l'Economie du Commerce et de la Monétique (BECM), BNP Paribas, Le Crédit Lyonnais (LCL) and a German bank, Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen, provided 170m.
