Rising Industrial Availability in Milwaukee Highlights Demand Disconnect

At the end of the third quarter, total available space in Milwaukee’s industrial market was just under 15.5 million square feet. This represents a notable increase in overall industrial availability from the beginning of the year, in which total available space on the market stood at a record low of 12.6 million square feet.
