Tristan to Sell Heidelberg Office Building for Around €100 Million

UK-Based Private Equity Firm Bought Property for €64 Million

Tristan Capital Partners has put an office property in Heidelberg, Germany, on the market for around €100 million, CoStar understands. The UK-based private equity firm mandated BNP Paribas Real Estate to sell the multi-let, 31,583-sq-m office property at Speyerer Straβe 4 and 6 in the Bahnstadt district. Tristan bought the building for €64 million in early 2019.
