SCPI in the process of selling a Paris office building

According to our information, a promise to sell was signed last week for a 3,550 m² office building in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. Built in 1989, the building is now completely vacant. In the past, it was occupied by Opco, one of France's leading players in vocational training, which in 2023 acquired the former headquarters of the Office National des Forêts (ONF), located at 2 avenue de Saint-Mandé in the 12th arrondissement, from Alderan, for around €90m.
