LCN’s imminent acquisition of the Assembly building – at a market record £140m – is the latest in a string of large office transactions in Bristol. Investors from home and abroad are targeting prime, well-let offices in the city despite the coronavirus crisis – and are paying well to do so. Factoring in the LCN deal, Bristol has seen the most investment of any of the big regional cities post-pandemic.
