Savills has bolstered its Central London investment team with the appointment of James Hiatt, who will join as a director in 2025 after gardening leave.
Hiatt, who will be based at the firm’s Finsbury Circus office in London, was senior director at CBRE, where he worked for almost seven and a half years.
Savills says he has more than 17 years’ experience specialising in Central London investment, having worked in the same markets for his former employer. Hiatt has also held roles with BNP Paribas and Avison Young.
Richard Garside, Savills' head of central London investment, said in a statement: "James’ hiring underscores our commitment to enhancing our excellent client offering and further growing our market share on the back of the successes of 2023."
Earlier this month Savills recruited Victoria Turner as a director in its portfolio valuation team, another addition to its Finsbury Circus offices.
