IDI Gazeley (NYSE: BPY), a Norcross, GA-based real estate investor and developer and wholly-owned subsidiary of Toronto-based Brookfield Asset Management, completed construction on an 839,712-square-foot speculative project within the Jefferson Distribution Center in Jefferson, GA.
