CDNGlobal, the privately held, independent commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm launched in late 2021 after being spun off from tenant representation firm Devencore, is accelerating its push into retail real estate by adding a seven-person brokerage team in a move the company says will strengthen its ability to serve clients nationally and build on its established presence serving the office and industrial property sectors and capital markets.
