Chicago Firms Add 470-Room Hotel to Joint Portfolio

Boston-based real estate private equity firm Rockpoint Group sold the 470-room Washington Marriott Georgetown hotel in Washington, D.C. to Chicago-based firms Geller Investment Co. and Wanxiang America Real Estate Group for $113 million, or approximately $240,000 per room.
