Greenlaw Partners Pays $106M for One World Trade Ctr in Long Beach

Greenlaw Partners, with joint-venture equity partner Walton Street Capital, has acquired the One World Trade Center office building at 1 World Trade Ctr in Long Beach, CA from SteelWave, Inc. for $106 million, or about $184 per square foot.
