W.C. and A.N. Miller Pays $53.5 Million for Alexandria Office Building

W.C. and A.N. Miller Development Co., a privately-held real estate company headquartered in Bethesda, MD, completed the second half of a 1031 exchange with its acquisition of the Atrium Building in Alexandria, VA for $53.5 million, or about $386 per square foot. The down leg in the exchange was the Spring Valley Center in Washington, D.C., which the firm sold back in October for $40.5 million.
