Diamond Senior Living Sells Midwest, East Coast Healthcare Facilities

Chicago-based Aviv REIT (NYSE: AVIV) last month acquired 28 healthcare facilities across Michigan, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, and Virginia from Diamond Senior Living, a subsidiary of General Electric Credit Corp. of Tennessee, for $305 million.
