Hines Buys Two Vacant Office Buildings in Cologne from Generali for Around €40 Million

Hines has bought two vacant office properties covering 16,000 square metres of space at Sachsenring 91 in Cologne. The properties were sold by Italian insurer Generali. The purchase price was around €40 million, said a source familiar with the situation.
