Investment into commercial property in the South West increased to £463m in Q3 2018, a rise of 21% Q-o-Q and 1% above its five-year quarterly average. It was one of just three regions in the UK to record above-average investment in Q3 2018 (relative to each region’s five-year quarterly average).
