Plaza Retail Real Estate Income Trust, a retail property owner and developer focused on Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada, has sold 13 fast-food retail properties in Quebec, a move CEO Jason Parravano says is part of a program to reshape the company’s portfolio.
