The Downey, California-headquartered real estate owner and operator L’Abri Management closed out 2023 with an off-the-market multifamily acquisition in Palm Desert. The all-cash purchase — which L'Abri made from a private investor in Sacramento — clocked in at $2.2 million, or just about $220,000 per unit.
