Montreal-based Olymbec Development purchased the five-storey office building at 6600 Rue Saint-Urbain in Montreal through a court-appointed sale for $19.2 million, or approximately $120 per square foot. As part of the transaction, Olymbec assumed an existing $13 million loan tied to the property.
