Premier Logistics Properties, in partnership with Penwood Real Estate Investment Management, acquired two Class A Amazon warehouses at 1568 and 1660 N. Linden Ave. in Rialto, California, from Link Logistics Real Estate for $270 million, or approximately $183.69 per square foot.
