Under New Ownership, Newspaper Signs On To Be Anchor Tenant at 1301 K St. in Downtown D.C.

The Washington Post signed a long-term lease with Hines and announced plans to move its headquarters three blocks from its current location at 15th and L streets to the West Tower at 1301 K. St. in Northwest Washington, D.C.
