California-based Non-traded REIT Adds Maitland Promenade II to Office Portfolio

KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT, a public non-traded real estate investment trust based in Newport Beach, CA, recently closed on the purchase of Maitland Promenade II, a 230,366-square-foot office building in Orlando's Maitland Center submarket for $31.2 million, plus closing costs. The building was formerly owned by Flagler Development.
