On Thursday 5 March 2026, many people from across the UK property industry will be taking part in the LandAid SleepOut to raise vital funds for young people without a safe place to call home.
A team from CoStar, including managing editor Paul Norman and regional editor Luke Haynes, will be taking part. The other team members are: Cristina Balekjian, Ivana Neskovic, Rory McDonald, Patrick Skillicorn, Cezara Ulea, Marielle Malabanan, James Lamb, Angus Crosbie, Jann de Jesus, Chantelle Boyers, Manuella Marinacci and Daphne Paguet.
According to LandAid, the property industry charity, in 2023-24, nearly 118,000 young people approached their local council because they were homeless or at risk of homelessness. Behind every number is a young person facing not only the threat of homelessness, but also the growing impact of the cost-of-living crisis and the mental health challenges that come with it.
LandAid brings the property industry together to fund charities providing life-changing services – from safe accommodation to mental health support – for those who are, or who have been, homeless.
By donating, you can help bring a young person in from the cold this winter and give them the chance of a brighter future.
