UBS Asset Management Real Estate & Private Markets business has acquired an office building in Paris, France for €43m on behalf of the Zurich Italy – Real Estate Fund, representing the second addition to the Fund’s French offices portfolio following the acquisition earlier this year of Open 6, an office-led property in Lyon.
