Commercial real estate adviser Avison Young has appointed Jarrod Bogler, Howard Bogler and Elliot Greenberg as principals and senior vice presidents on its Ontario occupier services team.

The trio, based in Toronto, has a combined 90 years of industry experience across greater Toronto, the brokerage said. In total, the three brokers have completed more than 1,500 transactions with an aggregate value of over $20 billion.

All three previously worked at Savills.

The firm's occupier services team provides a range of services, from tenant representation and location strategy to lease administration, project management, and facility management, focusing on reducing costs, optimizing portfolios, improving workplace efficiency and aligning real estate with business goals

“The addition of Jarrod, Howard, and Elliot brings new energy to our Avison Young Toronto North team, and also enhances our collective expertise, signalling our continued commitment to growth, Joe Almeida, an Avison Young principal and its managing director in Ontario, told CoStar News. "As they focus on continuing to win business and to deliver for clients, I am excited to see the contributions they will make here."
