Advertising agency DraftFCB signed a lease to occupy approximately 166,000 square feet of office space in the John Hancock Center. The 100-story skyscraper is at 875 N. Michigan Ave. and is the fourth tallest building in Chicago. This is one of the largest lease deals signed downtown this year.
