Cincinnati’s largest office trade in 2019’s fourth quarter is set to become Fairfield’s newest business park, with the new owner, Ambrose Property Group, planning to break ground this summer on two industrial buildings. Indianapolis-based Ambrose bought the 339,000-square-foot Liberty Mutual office building, and over 100 acres, for $17.3 million in December. Liberty Mutual is leasing and occupying the space until next summer, at which point the company plans to relocate.
