Property consultancy firm SHW has strengthened its property management team with four appointments.

Richard Cohen becomes an associate in the firm’s London commercial property management team, joining from JLL where he was a contract manager in its property and asset management department.

In his previous role Cohen was responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of industrial, mixed-use, office and retail assets across the UK, SHW said.

Angela O’Shea has been appointed as an associate in SHW's property management team, with a "focus on delivering operational efficiency, enhancing client satisfaction, and safeguarding asset value across her client portfolio".

She is also asked to strengthen and expand the firm's South West London and South London residential property management services. Lilly Weeden-Borg will join O'Shea in the same team, entering as as a property manager to support the expansion effort.

Keith Yim is the final recruit, who joins as senior property manager in the company's commercial property management team. He will manage commercial property portfolios on behalf of clients across London and the South East.

Adrian Dack, partner and head of property management at SHW, said in a statement: "These appointments follow the joining of Ayla Can as senior property manager and Andy Mee as regional facilities manager earlier this year to support the growth of our property management services covering residential and commercial assets across the South East."
