Property consultancy Jones Hargreaves has made 10 promotions across its London, Leeds, Bristol, Birmingham, Glasgow and Cardiff offices, with three senior team members becoming partners and another head of office.
Sarah Hazell and Huw Davies, who joined Jones Hargreaves in 2020 and 2022 respectively, have been promoted to partner in the firm's Cardiff office. Hazell leads the Jones Hargreaves operations in Wales and the South West, and Davies is Head of ESG and Sustainability nationally.
London-based Will Jenkins, who has been with Jones Hargreaves for four years, also becomes partner, while Leeds-based senior associate partner Tom Pollard, who joined Jones Hargreaves in 2022, takes on the role of head of office.
Harry McDermott and Jack Birchall, who head up the recently opened Jones Hargreaves Birmingham office, have both been promoted to senior associate partner along with Danny Little in the Glasgow office. Joe Way has been promoted from senior surveyor to associate in Bristol.
Harry Beresford and Parsa Hemmat become senior consultant and consultant respectively as part of the firm's in-house ESG and sustainability team, which was set up in 2022.

Jones Hargreaves says it has recently increased its headcount by 30% across its London, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Birmingham, Glasgow and Cardiff offices in repones to demand.
The firm reported a strong start to 2025 with a year-on-year turnover rise of 40% for the first three months of the year, while instructions in the last 12 months have increased by 25%.
