Calamos Real Estate, the Naperville, IL-based developer and property manager for entities owned by Calamos Property Holdings LLC, selected Spyros G. Kapsalis, previously the head of Sunlight Capital Corp., as its new president. Kapsalis will oversee the leasing and management of the company’s existing facilities, along with the development of additional properties and the evaluation of new investment opportunities.
