- HM Land Registry. CoStar Suite contains HM Land Registry Data © Crown copyright 2022 HM Land Registry. © Crown copyright material is reproduced with the permission of the Land Registry under delegated authority from the Controller of HMSO.
- Doorda.CoStar Suitecontains data which is powered by Doorda and contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
- Google Maps. Many of our products contain maps and directions information from Google Maps. By using Google Maps, you agree to be bound by the Google Maps Terms of Service, available at https://www.google.com/intl/en-US_US/help/terms_maps.html.
- Microsoft Virtual Earth. Many of our products contain maps and directions information from Microsoft Virtual Earth. Microsoft Virtual Earth is supplied by Microsoft Corporation, and its use is subject to Microsoft’s applicable Terms of Use.
- Preqin. CoStar Suite contains business intelligence data relating to real estate deals, transactions and funds, which is sourced from Preqin Ltd.
- Sirene. CoStar Suite contains Sirene data which is made available under Licence Ouverte/Open Licence by the L'Institut National de la Statistique et des Études Économiques, a general directorate of the Ministère de l'Économie et des Finances. The original data was downloaded from https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/base-sirene-des-entreprises-et-de-leurs-etablissements-siren-siret/ and is updated monthly.
- Urban Mapping. CoStar Suite contains certain map data, including public transportation information, from Urban Mapping and/or other parties, and is used with permission.
- Australian Property Monitors trading as Domain Insight. Where a product contains data or insights supplied by Australian Property Monitors Pty Ltd trading as Domain Insight, ABN 42 061 438 006 (Domian Insight), that data or insight are supplied by us on behalf of Domain Insight.
- Government of New South Wales (Valuer General) - Where a product contains data or insights for properties in New South Wales, the product contains property sales information provided under licence from the Valuer General New South Wales. As a condition of use, you agree to the following additional regional terms:
- Attribution: You acknowledge that our products and services contain property sales information provided under licence from the Valuer General New South Wales. Wherever you or your users publish data or insights derived from New South Wales properties, you must display the following: "Contains property sales information provided under licence from the Valuer General New South Wales. Australian Property Monitors Pty Ltd trading as Domain Insight is authorised as a Property Sales Information provider by the Valuer General New South Wales."
- Restrictions on Use: You must not alter the meaning or substance of the data, use it to create datasets that compete with the Valuer General New South Wales, or use it for direct marketing (including telemarketing, bulk email, postal canvassing, data matching, or compiling contact lists).
- Privacy & Suppressions: You must handle all Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998(NSW), whether or not you are bound by law to do so. You must immediately notify us of any privacy complaints in connection with the data or insights we provide, follow our directions to resolve such complaints, and delete or suppress specific data within our mandated timeframes upon request.
