Muse, the nationwide developer and regeneration specialist, is growing across the country with three senior hires across regional teams in the North West, Midlands, and South.

Richard Kelly has been appointed as project director in the North West, arriving with more than 20 years’ industry experience. He has worked in partnership with the public and private sector to build homes, student accommodation, offices and public spaces.

Most recently, he was project lead at Zerum, where he supported the delivery of the £400 million St Michael’s regeneration in Manchester city centre.

Cate Howe has been appointed senior project manager in the Midlands. She arrives from Cordia UK with nearly 10 years’ experience helping to lead the deliver of schemes in Birmingham including the Great Hampton Street regeneration masterplan, and across the Midlands.

Muse has also grown its team in the South through the appointment of Tom Jackson as senior development manager. With over 20 years’ regeneration experience across the public and private sectors, Jackson will join the London-based team from Linkcity.

The developer said that its recruit supported the delivery of the £300 million Tustin Estate regeneration, which is delivering nearly 700 new homes in Southwark.

Phil Mayall, managing director at Muse, said in a statement: "We’re delighted to welcome a trio of senior professionals to three of our regional teams. Richard, Cate, and Tom have over 50 years’ of experience between them and will add real value to our business.

"By having experienced teams embedded across the country, we’re able to work together with our local partners to make a significant and positive impact and create genuine social value by delivering our exciting pipeline of new places."
