Natixis signed a 182,200-square-foot lease at 1251 Avenue of the Americas. They are consolidating from 9 W. 57th St., 1345 Avenue of the Americas, and a current space that have already in the building. They will take occupancy of the entire third through fifth floors in the summer of 2011.
